Cookies and analytics

Across our website we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service. Umami does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It collects anonymised, aggregated statistics (such as pages visited, referring site, and browser type) that cannot be used to identify you.

On our advertising landing pages only (pages under /lp/), we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information including your IP address and a cookie identifier. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

The rest of our website does not set any analytics or advertising cookies.

Who we share information with

We use the following service providers to operate our website and handle enquiries. They process personal information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

  • Cloudflare – hosts our website and processes requests to it, including form submissions.
  • Resend – delivers enquiry form submissions to us by email.
  • Umami – provides anonymised website analytics.
  • Google – provides analytics on our advertising landing pages.

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep information

We only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically:

  • Enquiry data submitted via contact forms is kept for 2 years after our last contact with you.
  • Client records and invoicing data are kept for 6 years in accordance with UK tax law.
  • Google Analytics data on our advertising landing pages is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
